1947: August- Appointed Law Minister in the Nehru Cabinet.
.Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar being the first Law Minister of India was instrumental in passing all the article’s of India”s Constitution with glorious debates by the Members of Constituent Assembly in various positions.
Many articles were placed on this day in 1949 before Constituent Assembly and Dr Ambedkar could got passed all the articles.
But more important was the autonomous character of the Election Commission and it’s Commissioner along with Regional Election Commissioners for the Elections of all the Democratic Institutions and Posts like President, Vice President etc on Democratic Principles.
We find how Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar had meticulously planned each and everything for the country in the Constitution.
