Ambedkar King Study Circle – California

Ambedkar King Study Circle (AKSC) was started in October 2016. AKSC’s aim is to challenge caste, class, race, gender and religious oppressions and oppressors on ideological, political and social fronts on the principle of Educate, Organize and Agitate.

The Ambedkar King Study Circle (AKSC) is an organization based in California, USA, that is dedicated to promoting the ideals and teachings of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, the principal architect of the Indian Constitution and a social reformer who championed the rights of marginalized communities, particularly the Dalits (formerly known as untouchables). The organization is named after Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who was a prominent civil rights leader in the United States.

The Ambedkar King Study Circle aims to raise awareness about social justice, human rights, and equality issues through seminars, discussions, lectures, and educational initiatives. It seeks to foster dialogue and understanding among different communities and promote the principles of justice and equality that both Dr. Ambedkar and Dr. King advocated for.

The organization’s activities often revolve around promoting social justice, advocating for the rights of marginalized communities, and addressing issues related to discrimination and inequality. It may also engage in educational outreach and awareness campaigns.
