Arvind Kejriwal as a vipassana meditator

Arvind Kejriwal is an Indian politician and the current Chief Minister of Delhi. He is known for his advocacy of transparency and anti-corruption measures in Indian politics. In his personal life, Kejriwal has also been vocal about his practice of Vipassana meditation.

Vipassana is a Buddhist meditation technique that involves observing the breath and bodily sensations to gain insight into the nature of reality. Kejriwal has spoken publicly about his experience with Vipassana and how it has helped him deal with stress and maintain a clear mind in the face of political challenges.

In 2016, Kejriwal attended a 10-day Vipassana meditation course at a center in Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh, which was organized by the Dhamma Sikhara Vipassana International Academy. After completing the course, he tweeted about his experience, saying that he felt refreshed and rejuvenated and that the practice had helped him connect with his inner self.

Kejriwal has also spoken about the benefits of Vipassana meditation in interviews and public speeches. He has credited the practice with helping him stay focused and grounded in his political work and has encouraged others to try it as well.
