In Indian constitution right to religion get covered in various Articles as below
- Article 25: Guarantees all individuals the freedom of conscience and the right to freely profess, practice, and propagate religion, subject to public order, morality, and health.
- Article 26: Grants every religious denomination the right to manage its own affairs in matters of religion.
- Article 27: Prohibits compelling any person to pay taxes for the promotion or maintenance of any particular religion.
- Article 28: Prohibits religious instruction in educational institutions wholly funded by the state.
